Lil Bit is one good looking gal!  She's put together right and has one awesome build.  She also has a very pretty head with a kind eye.  She has had lots of natural horsemanship training and has a very good handle on her.  She neck reins, side-passes, backs, is very soft and supple with lots of flex, and has a good stop as well.  She was used to give riding lessons 2 years ago.  We have taken her on several trail rides and she does really well.  For trail riding, she's calm and quiet, and rides with a natural low headset.  She would be good for endurance riding as well since she never gets tired it seems.

 

UPDATE: 6/27/08  We just got back from a 3 day camping/trail riding trip.  We took Lil Bit and she did great!  She has awesome barefoot hooves and does not need metal shoes even over the Hill Country rocks!  She is very sure footed and we went up some very steep inclines, and down some steep, rocky hills.  She crossed the creeks, rode in johnson grass that was almost over her head, crossed bridges,  and we even swam her in the Lampasas river.  She is a great horse to take trail riding!  We had no problems out of her at all.  She's a super easy keeper too.

 

She has a brand new coggins, is UTD on all her vaccines, just had her teeth floated by an Equine Dentist, & wormed.  So she's all ready to go!
