Maverick is a gorgeous 7 year old Bay Roan gelding. He stands at 15 hands and has a medium build. He is super gentle and calm.  Will follow you around like a puppy dog in the pasture.  He is very laid back on trails. Not spooky at all and never gets excited or acts silly. He knows his way around cattle and has been pasture roped off of. He neck reins, and has a good stop & back up.  He will go any speed you want, but in general he has more whoa than go.  You don't have to beat him to get him to lope, but he is happy to walk all day if you choose.

 

Maverick has no bad habits or vices period. He doesn't have to be ridden weekly to stay quiet.  Absolutely no buck!!!  He has awesome feet that do not require shoes, even over the hill country rocks. Guaranteed 100% sound & healthy in every way.

 

Maverick would make a great family horse.  Fun for the adults or the kids to ride.  His wonderful temperament make him safe for beginners and up.  He is the perfect age and a gorgeous color!  Good luck finding another one like him!
