Pistol is a super cute gelding.  He stands at 14.2 hands and is built nice.  I've been calling him a dirty blonde, as he kinda looks like a darker palomino with blonde mane & tail that has low-lights. :)  His eyes are a very pretty gold color. 

Pistol is really gentle and friendly.  He has a nice lil handle on him and is young enough to learn many different disciplines.  He is really quiet on the trails and will cross any obstacle.  We hauled him to McKinney Roughs in Bastrop and he was perfect.  He loads/unloads easy, stands tied to the trailer quietly, easy to saddle and bridle, eats and drinks away from home, and has really nice ground manners.  Traffic doesn't bother him, and he never spooked once.  He has tough barefoot hooves and rocks do not bother him.  He also rides bareback in just a halter.

Pistol has a good head on his shoulders and a temperament that we like to see.  He is not aggressive to the other horses in the pasture.  He would make a good lil sorting or penning horse.  Even a playday horse with a little training.  He is not a beginner kids first horse but experienced kids should have no problems riding him.
